Livestream (80%):
• Conduct livestream sessions during mega campaign and business as usual at a studio for TikTok, Lazada and Facebook.
• Responsible for driving livestream’s direct sales and providing customer experience online through product introduction & education to end customers – by daily livestream with following to brand calendar.
• Ensure the livestream meets brand’s quality criteria and guidelines, brand-safe images, language, streaming quality, right educational content, conversation rate.
• Cooperate with the operation/tech team to prepare livestream activities (minigames, flashsale, voucher, gift, etc,..)
• Monitoring and ensuring technical & commercial setup during livestream.
• Support and monitor customer service after every livestream.
Short videos creation (20%)
• Prepare storyline & script based on brand team direction.
• Support brand team to create short-videos (30s-1min/video) with given content angle.
Brand Education
• Join regional education training to provide brand’s knowledge to consumer.
• Actively research on active-derm ingredients and benefits
