- Produce and post high-quality content for the company's websites, fan pages, newsletters, and other marketing channels;
- Organize, modify, and update existing content;
- Ensure that contents meet the company or client's needs, and follows the company's in-house style guide;
- Collaborate with co-workers and come up with fresh, creative content ideas,
- Manage content channels including Facebook page, website, Linkin, email, and others;
- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to drive consistent, relevant traffic;
- Engage in marketing and promotional activities and campaigns
- Perform supporting work for the General Director in daily works
- Prepare and attend meetings to record minutes, collect/ consolidate/ store/ send reports to participants
- Assist in resolving any administrative issues between departments, contractors and suppliers
- Provide administrative support to HR & Admin Department in general tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules for company executives
- Fulfill other tasks as assigned by the General Director and report directly to the General Director.
