I-dac Vietnam is looking for a Creative Manager. The envisioned role requires an individual who, besides understanding the thinking and motivation of their audience, is able to bring their client’s stories to life. The individual needs to be a creative thinker who can conceptualize and articulate their creative vision to their clients.
As a Creative Manager in I-dac Vietnam, you will be working with major domestic and global clients. For these clients, you will plan and execute their online advertising creative direction. In order to execute your creative plan, this role requires you to be able to lead the creative team (including designers, content creators and copywriters). You will also be working closely with multiple internal teams, such as business development team, account planning team and other teams, to ensure the highest possible performance for our clients.
Job Description
· Create & plan concepts and campaigns for clients based on solid strategic thought process.
· Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and brand identity, translating these insights into compelling creative concepts and strategies.
· Provide strategic direction and guidance throughout the creative process, ensuring that all work aligns with client goals, brand standards, and industry best practices.
· Drive the development of creative concepts, designs, and campaigns across various channels including digital campaigns, social media, digital activities, PR, events activation, and related channels
· Review and critique creative work to ensure it meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members as needed
· Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital design and development, incorporating new ideas and techniques into our creative process.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless integration of creative solutions with overall project goals and objectives.
· Be able to properly articulate your creative vision in proposals.
· To brainstorm and work together with various teams and designer/content creator/copywriter to develop ideas and concepts for creative campaigns, social media and other digital platforms.
· Lead and inspire a team of designers, content creators and copywriters to deliver innovative and impactful digital solutions.
· Take part in recruiting new members, joining evaluation process, creating career plans and training sessions for the creative team.
· Provide ideas to improve and optimize the internal work-flow and operating costs for the team.
· Checking cost management and the quality of outsourced production works (vendors and freelancers).
· Other assigned tasked by the CEO/BODs
