KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Track and improve Import & Export processes for Raw Material, Finished Goods
• Ensure and manage efficient handling of local customs procedures such as day to day customs declarations, as well as any other Customs related topics
• Make customs finalization report monthly basis.
• Be responsible for all compliant, accurate and timely internal and external reporting as well as regular reconciliation of data between Customs authorities and the company.
• Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) taking into account company’s goals and financial standing
• Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
• Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to departments based on sound analysis.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION 

Technical skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customs management role 
• Have experienced in FMCG or Indoor Furniture 
• Experience in using SAP is preferrable  
• Process understanding 
• Can use excel fluently.
