We are in need of 02 Customer Service. Job descriptions as follows:

• Set up and develop approaching channels to foreign customer databases such as: importers, distributing agencies, supermarket chains and retail store chains.
• Establish and manage ongoing relationships with target customers to provide the necessary information and helpful advices on suitable products.
• Organize meetings with foreign customers, and conduct regular marketing presentations on the company and products to customers.
• Conduct market research online or through company’s database to find potential customers.
• Negotiate directly and indirectly with customers about price, quality and delivery time.
• Build and enhance company’s brand identity (image, recognition and value).

• Female, Age: 22 years to 30 years. 
• Priority for new graduates.
• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Good solving problem skills and social skills.
• Good at presenting and negotiating.
• Able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Hard-working, passionate to learn, high-pressure-working.
• Have a moral and good working attitude.
• Proficient in using the Internet, Email, Microsoft Office.
