1. Customer service:
· Process orders via email or phone on SAP
· Check data accuracy in orders and invoices on SAP
· Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
· Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
· Communicate feedback from customers internally
· Special price and sample monitoring
· Archive documents in Ha Noi office (contracts / invoices / DO / Quotation)
· Place order for transfer stock from HCM to Hanoi
· Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, inventory space and work stations neat; sweep and vacuum
· Assist with receiving, unloading, counting and stocking physical inventory in the office/warehouse
· Ensure physical stock is properly reported in SAP system
2. Administration and Cashier:
· Responsible for the office and looking after the equipment, ensure cleaning by a third party if necessary
· Monitor office supply levels, and re-order when appropriate
· Follow office expenses; collect vouchers, contracts, invoices and other documents of office activities in a systematic and reasonable manner.
· Prepare daily and weekly expense reports and report to relevant departments.
· Report if anything is not aligned with the company policy
