Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Receive Customer feedback and record feedback on Savyu system.

• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure.

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

• Provide information and details.

• Work closely with other departments

Job requirements

• 1 year + experience in customer service, sales admin is a plus.

• Good command of English and MS. Office.

• Positive attitude, self-discipline, good communication.

• Phone Skills - Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

• Quick learner.

• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
