Purpose of the Job: As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities include handling orders, inquiries, and complaints while maintaining accurate records in our systems. Your goal is to deliver timely and high-quality solutions to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Management:
- Process incoming and outgoing orders efficiently.
- Monitor inventory allocation and release orders based on stock availability.
2. Credit Check:
- Proactively follow up with distributors on overdue payments.
3. Transportation Management:
- Book and track truck deliveries.
4. Complaint Resolution:
- Receive and address customer complaints.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to evaluate and improve the resolution process.
5. Data Administration:
- Administer and document customer orders, inquiries, and complaints (e.g. enter data into standard company systems), in accordance with established procedures.
- Leverage TPM methodology and the Customer Value Pillar for continuous improvement.
6. Team Coordination:
- Corporate with team activities, adhering to commercial guidelines and procedures.
