Data Analyst Officer is mainly responsible for supporting the Digital Team in reporting, analyzing and forecasting digital performance for the promotion and operation of the Health & Well-being Services.

- Reporting, analyzing and forecasting digital performance: Build reporting dashboard, provide recommendaton and share digital intelligence
- Working with related teams to build data wharehouse and platform, together with data collection and processing
- Joining Health & Well-being products and services initiatives

General Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Data Science/BA
• Digital Marketing/MIS background is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in digital performance, data analytics; working experience in health care, life insurance… is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced in using Excel, Python, PowerBI, SQL…
• Experienced in digital tracking and analytics tools: Google Analytics, Firebase…
• Familiar with customer data platform, data wharehouse and other data system is preferrable.

Soft Skills:

• Logical and critical thinking
• Data as the core of working
• Good communication skill
• Advanced in English at all skills
