1. Delivery of the Revenue target
Achieve or surpass the Business Plan's sales target by conducting periodic brand performance assessments and adopting realistic and relevant measures. Taking the Trading Calendar into account, create organization, training, merchandising, and advertising in accordance with corporate standards to guarantee the intended objectives are accomplished.
2. Marketing activity.
Lead the execution of all marketing communications activities for both online & offline. Comprehensive monthly, quarterly, annual, campaign-based and channel-based reporting with fact-based analysis & recommendations
3. Training & Development.
Own the manpower planning and management of stores and its staff in order to achieve work environment which supports and improves team performance. Build in reward & recognition (non-financial) to keep the employee morale high. Develop store staff to provide customer service exceeding customer expectations.
4. Budgeting & Management
Ensure the efficacy and improvement of the complex’s operational costs by monitoring changes in expenditures and discrepancies and communicating on resource efficiency.
5. Operations Management
Ensure that complex hygiene, housekeeping, and good marketing material application are maintained in accordance with business standards, as well as developing the capabilities of the tenant’s staff to support all operational activities of the complex. Organize the resolution of any administrative difficulties that an operating store may encounter (e.g., maintenance, equipment malfunction, etc.) in order to fix the situation as soon as possible. Organize the settlement of reported customer / staff concerns, either immediately or shortly after, after verifying internally for resolution in accordance with business policy and procedures.
6. Visual Merchandising
To ensure that rules and standards are met, coordinate, and apply visual merchandising standards in accordance with business regulations.
7. Partnership
Develop and enhance tenant and partner connections to build long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.
