Sales Managment experience in fertilizer, chemical or agricultural industry

• Male age from 30-40
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Good at English skills and
• Computer: MS Office/Internet
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the fertilizer, chemical or agricultural industry. (For MRG at least 03 years)
• Excellent leadership skills, strategic management ability, and team-work ability.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and partners.
• Willingness to business travel as needed
