JOB DESCRIPTION

o Use SolidWorks to produce 3D models and drawings of cloth heating jackets based on customer provided sketches and 2D drawings of piping systems.

o Learn and apply best known company practices for sensor, conductor, and heating element placement in order to produce customer approval drawings and provide the manufacturing department clear directions to build cloth heating jackets.

o Assign appropriate part numbers and wattages to individual heating jackets using company produced software.

o Produce Bills of Material and Operations (BOMs and BOOs) using company software.

o Provide manufacturing support in order to ensure that jacket systems are built in a timely manner.

o Other duties as assigned by Manager.

o    Majoring: Industrial Design/ Furniture Engineering/ Mechanic/ Mechatronics/ Electric

o    Other skill:

- 3D CAD software.  Experience with SolidWorks is a plus.

- Demonstrated ability with MS office products.

- Ability to read, write, and orally communicate in English.
