Job Purpose:
Support the Design team in creating visually appealing and effective designs for the company’s marketing campaigns, websites, social media channels, and event materials to enhance brand identity and engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
Design Creation:
● Assist in designing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and social media graphics.
● Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s branding and messaging guidelines.
● Collaborate with the Content team to create visually compelling content.
Brand Consistency:
● Maintain consistency in the use of colors, fonts, and overall look and feel of all design materials.
● Update existing designs and templates as needed to ensure they remain current and effective.
Project Assistance:
● Support the Design team in brainstorming and developing creative concepts.
● Assist in the production of event-related materials, such as signage, promotional items, and presentations.
● Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Technical Skills Development:
● Gain experience with design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
● Learn and apply best practices in design principles, typography, and layout.
