Mô tả Công việc

Campaign Planning:

  • Develop paid social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends.
  • Set objectives, budgets, and timelines for each campaign.

Ad Creation & Management:

  • Collaborate with content and design teams to produce engaging ad creatives (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Zalo, etc.).
  • Write compelling ad copy tailored to target audiences.
  • Manage and optimize ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads.
  • Ensure precise targeting and strong click-through rates (CTR).
  • Align persona targeting with the broader digital marketing strategy.

Audience Targeting & Segmentation:

  • Define and segment audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.
  • Leverage data to refine targeting strategies and boost campaign performance.

Budget Management:

  • Monitor daily spend to maintain KPIs across acquisition channels.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Performance Analysis & Optimization:

  • Regularly analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) to assess and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Implement A/B testing to fine-tune creatives, targeting, and placements.
  • Use data to make informed adjustments for better results.

Funnel & Lead Management:

  • Report weekly on paid social performance vs. business KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Community, and TMK teams to improve lead acquisition, conversion, and follow-up processes.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred). 
  • Proven experience in managing paid social media advertising campaigns. 
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads, Zalo Ads, Twitter Ads). 
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Adept at multitasking and meeting deadlines. 
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM is a big plus.
