• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or other related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
• Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in E-commerce advertising platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki,...) and digital tools like Google Analytics, and Facebook Analytics.
• Excellent budget management and optimization skills
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and quick problem-solving abilities.
