Managerial
· Oversee day-to-day operations of IMPERIAL Complex Vung Tau, ensuring highest quality of operations and services.
· Participate and actively give recommendation in regular revenue strategy meeting and implement actions relevant to hotel operations.
· Ensure highest service quality at the IMPERIAL Complex in order to meet and exceed guest expectation.
· Focus on people and people development including:
Coaching and mentoring hotel management team to ensure career progression and development.
Define training program for the training the front-line staff along with the HR team/other external vendors.
Approve training programs of staff and managers.
Responsible for hiring, managing of managerial positions.
· Manage financial activities including:
Develop budgets for the IMPERIAL Complex.
Set revenue, costs and profit targets for the IMPERIAL Complex and ensure achievement of targets.
Coordinate with relevant operational department managers to identify and realize revenue enhancement opportunities.
Ensure costs are controlled throughout operational departments at the IMPERIAL Complex and oversee regular analysis to highlight problem areas and take appropriate actions.
Interact and co-ordinate with other functions such as finance, IT, HR to ensure smooth functioning of the IMPERIAL Complex operations.
Technical
· Work together with the Managers to handle key property issues, including capital project, customer service and refurbishment through regular briefings and communication alignment meetings.
· Respond to periodical audit results and/or customer’s feedback to ensure continuous improvement opportunities are recognized and realized.
· Manage facility management vendors to ensure service quality standard.
· Other responsibilities:
Ensure compliances, safety and risk mitigation measures are in place and adhered to.
