· Handle document control systems for all sites.

· Handle document change system, ECN.

· Handle waiver and deviation system.

· Rease document in the system.

· Ensure documents are approved properly.

· Ensure all areas use the latest document revision.

· Train new staffs about the document control process.

· Weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly report of performance of document control.

• BS degree in engineering or sciences, prefer from the field of optics engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent degree.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience at international manufacturing company.
• Be able to communicate and write in English.
• Access to manufacturing methodologies and process information. 
• Access to database for document control.
• Stop working and request remedial work when detecting that working conditions or working positions are not safe.
