A. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies and plans aligned with business objectives to drive online sales growth.
Manage, maintain, and update the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers.
Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.
Utilize industry best practices, emerging technologies, and digital marketing techniques to optimize the e-commerce performance.
Create and manage marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions.
Analyze data, including listing analytics and customer insights, to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Manage customer service inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
Develop strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including internal and external supporting team, suppliers, vendors, service providers, …
Monitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to maintain a positive brand image and improve customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on the performance of the e-commerce platform, including key metrics, sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
Training and developing salesman appropriate with the development strategies.
Other related task to facilitate sales activities effectively.

B. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably US retail market.
Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and CMS systems.
Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
Good command of English
