A. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies and plans aligned with business objectives to drive online sales growth.
  • Manage, maintain, and update the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.
  • Utilize industry best practices, emerging technologies, and digital marketing techniques to optimize the e-commerce performance.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions.
  • Analyze data, including listing analytics and customer insights, to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Manage customer service inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including internal and external supporting team, suppliers, vendors, service providers, …
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to maintain a positive brand image and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on the performance of the e-commerce platform, including key metrics, sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Training and developing salesman appropriate with the development strategies.
  • Other related task to facilitate sales activities effectively.

B. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably US retail market.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and CMS systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
  • Good command of English
  • Adapt new knowledge, new regulation quickly
  • Be sociable, responsible, honest, careful, and dynamic at work
