JOB TASKS

• Implement QC procedures, written inspection and test plan for Electrical part.
• Study and implement technical specifications, drawings and procedures of Electrical part.
• Feed back non-conformance to QC manager/ Officer and issue NCR (Non Conformity Report) if necessary.
• Carry out material incoming inspection and apply testing if necessary.
• Be aware of work requirements and to implement it.
• Prepare inspection reports and QC documentation/ delivery documents.
• Prepare Requisition Form for services carried out by third party for review of QC Manager and monitor their activities.
• Visit work place and site daily, inspect and control quality of product. Follow up all quality isues until completed. And issue the periodical report if required.
• Suggest correction method if any quality mistakes on product.
• Promote the quality consciousness among our workers and staffs.
• Co-ordinate with other departments internally.
• Carry out NDT works and issue necessary report.

* RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY

• Stop work for non-conforming processing product and issue NCR.
• Recommend appropriate corrective actions for non-conforming products/ services and preventive action.
• Discuss with Class/ Owner about quality issue only but final decision need to be agreed by QC Manager and upper level.

• University or College degree major in electricity, electronics or industrial electricity
• At least 3 years of experience in the same position in shipbuilding company is preferable.
• Experience with 3D ship design software, including AutoCAD
• Familiar with Class Rules & IEC standards
• Innovative and engineering spirit
• Critical and analysis minded
• Dynamic, Organized, thorough and meticulous
• Good communication skills
• Experience in working both independently and in collaborative environments.

Working time

• From 7:30am to 16:30pm
• Lunch break for 1 hour from 11:30am to 12:30pm
• Even weeks – 48H – Monday to Saturday
• Odd weeks – 40H – Monday to Friday
