1. ERP Implementation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure software applications meet the business needs
- Create report or doing a customization change to software to improve operational efficiencies
- Test customizations, reports & ensure stakeholders sign off on the completed requirements
- Prepare relevant and appropriate documentation, including user manuals, process flow diagrams and system specifications.
- Propose work arounds and process improvements using erp and crm systems
- Train end users – ensure stakeholders use the systems efficiently
2. Operation Support:
- User management (new level, decentralization, locking, etc.), implementation of administrative operations.
- Provide support to users, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
- Continuously monitor system performance and work on optimizing configurations and processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
