Golden Path Academics Vietnam JSC (GPA) is a private education services company based in Hanoi, Vietnam. 2. Position summary:

Our Event Marketing Executive manages planning, organization, execution and promotion of all marketing events to promote GPA Counseling’s brand and services, aligning them with overall marketing goals. The potential candidate shall be able to bring creativity and strategic marketing insights to enhance event impact and lead generation. He/she is expected to work independently as well as to collaborate closely with internal teams.

He/she should possess relevant experience, academic and management skills necessary to complete his/her work with effectiveness and efficiency. He/she should possess good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Finally, he/she is expected to exercise sound judgments and maintain the company’s professional and ethical standards in all professional and business-related situations.

3. Responsibilities and Duties

· Develop GPA Counseling Yearly Event Calendar: hosted and sponsored marketing events

· Lead and ensure the success of marketing event planning, preparation and execution.

· Be responsible for promotion planning of the events: marketing materials, lead generation and other online/offline campaigns as well as on-site event presence and communications.

· Liaise with vendors and manage relationships with organizers and attendees.

· Ensure smooth event execution within budget and strategic goals

· Other tasks assigned by line manager and CMO.

-       BA/MA Degree in Marketing. Event Management or related major.

-       At least 2 year of experience working in the similar position, priorities given to experienced candidates in the field of education

-       A track record of managing events/education fair/conferences

-       Good at organizing and planning.

-       Fluent oral and written English

-       Dynamic, devoted and responsible.

Compensation: 

Gross salary: at negotiation.

A year-end bonus equal to 13th month salary is offered at the end of the year should the division achieves revenue target

Additional bonus depend on the KPI achievements and awarded at the discretion of the company

Performance Review and Promotion:

Two performance reviews will be conducted in a year and all salary adjustments and promotions are considered on an annual basis, unless candidates change jobs within the company.

Annual and Sick Leave

As a full-time employee, Marketing Manager is entitled to all statutory holidays as indicated by the Government of Vietnam, annual leave equal to twelfth (12) working days per year as well as sick leave equal to five (5) working days per year.

Health and Social Insurance

GPA Vietnam provides basic health and social insurance coverage for all of its full-time employees. It intends to comply with all government requirements concerning social security and payroll taxes, if such requirements exist.
