Sunrise Events Vietnam organizes some of the most well-recognized mass participation sporting events in Vietnam, such as the Techcombank Ho Chi Minh City International Marathon and the VinFast IRONMAN 70.3 Vietnam in Da Nang. We specialize in end-to-end experiences that bring together local governments, corporate partners, and consumers to promote active lifestyles and sports tourism throughout Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

• Brainstorm ideas with the team to develop event programs and plan activities.

• Organize and facilitate events, meetings, and workshops.

• Support the preparation of event rundowns and MC scripts

• Coordinate and communicate with the MC, performers, dance crews and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of the event schedule, program, MC script content, etc.

Skills and qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Illustrator.

• Experience in volunteer programs, event planning, and team collaboration.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is a plus.
