Roles and Responsibilities
Sales Activities
· Manage a variety of potential accounts within the company's product range.
· Evaluate potential customers and select the suitable approach.
· Follow-up sales leads, and co-ordinate all sales activities.
· Prepare proposals, contracts, PLC and other sale documents.
· Monitor and update customers’ activities.
Monitor Customer Database
· Maintain and update customer databases on CRM system (Zoho) (contact details, sales activities, etc.).
· Assist after-sales queries, handle customer complaints to ensure customers' satisfactions.
Report & Sales Admin
· Provide the periodic reports
· Sales performance management compared to monthly/yearly targets.
· Monitor and update competitors, and industrial activities.
· Submit requests related to business activities to the internal system.
Other tasks assigned by direct manager
