Cross check information on customer’s PO and connect with Sale Person to modify follow contract/company rule if any wrong.
Maintain order status on system to ensure real-time information flow
Documentation:
Be the connection bridge between Internal Operation and Sale Service to clarify required document as per customer’s request.
Collect data from Sale/Customer Services Team to issue Shipping Instruction for every orders.
Support to maintain contract information on SAP.
Issue label for production run.
Coordinate with QA team and Production team to revise shipping instruction.

Key skills and competencies:
Experienced on order management, familiar to SAP is advantage.
Have Knowledge about Logistics, INCOTERM.
Very careful on paperwork.
Adapt fast moving work environment.
Requirement:
2~3 years experienced on import/export documentation or customer services.
SAP knowledge is a plus.
Skill on Excel, Outlook, …
English skill: writing, speaking with TOEIC 550 higher or equivalent.
