Our Company:

A leading manufacturer of sportswear and garments for globally recognized brands, we are a dynamic company with a workforce of 4,000 employees. As we expand our production activities, we're seeking a talented and experienced Factory Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning & Control:
  • Develop and manage production schedules that optimize resource allocation and meet customer deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to ensure clear communication of order plans.
  • Proactively monitor production progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Make informed decisions to solve problems arising during production.
  • Maintain and track shipping schedules to guarantee on-time deliveries.
  • Analyze production data, including productivity, quality, and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement.
• Quality & Safety:
  • Champion a culture of quality throughout the production process, implementing and maintaining effective quality control measures.
  • Ensure adherence to all company regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
  • Work collaboratively with the Production Manager and other departments (HR, BOD) to address employee concerns and resolve production issues.
• Strategic Alignment & Continuous Improvement:
  • Monitor progress towards company's strategic objectives, production goals, and annual implementation plans.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
• Leadership & Management:
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the production team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Participate in customer projects as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD) commensurate with the position's level.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or minimum of 5 years of relevant management experience in the garment industry).
• Proven track record of success in leading and managing large-scale production operations.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality control practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Good English & Chinese
