Financial Management:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and financial reporting.

Accounting Oversight:

• Oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness in financial record-keeping.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Provide detailed financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze sales and expense data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
• Prepare reports on inventory valuation and profitability of different product lines.

Audit and Compliance:

• Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Provide training on financial procedures and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Finance and Accounting Manager, preferably within the furniture industry or a related trading environment.
• Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and industry-specific financial practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and effectively.
