Main Purpose:

This position will:

• Be a business partner with cross functions (Sale/MKT/Production/SC/HR) to monitor, enforce & improve internal control process,
• Have a firm grasp on the flows of business processes to prepare for Business-wide automation,
• Provide support to cross functions on data analysis & data insight
• Monitor external environment such as macro factors, competitors’ movements & assess the impact to the business
• Support Finance Controller on reporting & budget control related scope.

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain, Update & Develop Internal Control Alignments & Process across departments, open access to across business & remind/ enforce compliance.
• Maintain & Update Key Financial Master data for ease of use: Pricing/ Costing/ Trade-term/ Contracts.
• Understand the flow of transactions & mapping with business processes to prepare for smooth transition to new automated system.
• Be the automation champion: Support manager on preparing, testing & training other functions on new systems.
• Maintain an up-to-date Commercial budgets plan ( MKT/ Trade/ Capex), ensure minimal variance between Planning & Execution. Being on-top of Trade-terms with customers & suppliers.
• Support Business Partners on Data insight/ automated Dashboards.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACCA) is a plus.

Experience: 

• 2-3 years in Audit/ Internal Control/ Accounting background
• 2-3 years in corporate finance (any function: F&A, Costing, Budgeting, Commercial, Planning, etc…)
• FMCG/ Retail/ F&B industry is a plus
• External/ Internal Audit experience is a plus
• ERP implementation project involvement is a plus.

Work related skills:

• Proficient use of Data analysis tools (Excel/ Power Query/ Power BI)
• Comfortable aggregating and manipulating large data sets to derive useful insights
• Strong communication & Stakeholder Management skills
• Comfortable to work individually & creatively to deliver result with no micro-management.
• Comfortable to perform & plan ahead with tight organizational deadline.
