Job Description:

• To issue office receipts, manage bills for residents, and ensure compliance with legal requirements by issuing VAT invoices daily.
• To prepare account and receivable payments.
• To generate essential daily reports, including collection & cash reports.
• To support to formulate, implement, and monitor the daily accounting policies and procedures of the Finance department.
• Other assigned duties as and when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Finance or Accountancy, or professional qualification from a recognised Accounting body
• At least 2 year post qualification working experience in the finance, accounting functions
• Experience in property development is preferable
