This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

• The Finance Manager will be responsible for Perform daily cash reconciliation, including preparing bank deposit slips and recording transactions in the accounting system.
• Process invoices and payments, including verifying that all required information is complete and accurate. Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and other financial matters.
• Process and record customer receipts and payments. Prepare reports on cash flow, sales, expenses, and other financial data as needed.
• Maintain accurate financial records and perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Assist with year-end accounting and tax preparation.
• Provide general support to the accounting and finance department as needed

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting
• Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting software
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on account management, reconciliation and taxes
• Experience in logistics or freight forwarding industry
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills in Chinese (HSK5) and English (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
