Plan finances, implement and monitor financial activities, and control the budget. Maintain liquidity and ensure sufficient financial resources for the business.
Analyze the company's financial situation as well as market business trends.
Prepare management reports and develop comprehensive short, medium, and long-term financial strategies for the company.
Review and control periodic financial reports. Examine, assess, audit, and analyze forecasts.
Organize and manage the finance and accounting system to align with the company's operational status as required by each stage.
Control risks by analyzing the company's debts and business risks in business activities and partnerships.
Coordinate with organizations to establish KPIs and operational procedures for departments.
Collaborate to propose business promotion programs.
Control product costs and selling prices.
Develop business plans and prepare documentation for medium and long-term bank capital mobilization.
Improve the ERP system.

Background starting from Accounting, Management Accounting. Experienced in roles such as Chief Accountant and subsequently moving up to Finance.
University degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing.
Possess thinking, vision, bravery, and credibility in work, with management and leadership abilities.
Strong financial analysis skills, good systematic thinking.
Ability to connect and manage the financial system (regulations, framework processes) and provide advice, planning, and implementation of financial strategies.
Priority given to those with professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, and CFO.
Experience with BI reporting.
