Valuation/ Advisory: Conduct real estate valuations of a wide range of industries using tested and accepted methodologies. Key responsibilities are:
- Estimate the value of the subject property based on its use and characteristics.
- Conduct site visits and record location, surrounding developments, town planning, development or construction parameters of the subject property.
- Write valuation reports based on comparables and market data.
- To be more specific:
+ Perform in-depth market research, analyze the collected data from market research and site visits to determine adopted inputs.
+ Run financial models (DCF), direct comparison, capitalization.
+ Prepare and present the analysis in a clear and concise manner (reports or presentation)
Data Management:
- Record and maintain information of comparables.
- Ensure regular update of the database.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws & markets.
Client Service:
- Develops relationships with equivalent level individuals in client firms.
- Builds ability at all levels to engage/serve clients and grow relationships. Is accessible and responsive to client needs. Delivers the highest quality of service and technical excellence.
- Contribute directly to the development of proposals, presentations and publications communicated to current and prospective clients.
