- Graduated from University major related to Food Technology.
- Deep knowledge of food safety standards
- Have food safety system certifications such as BRCGS, FSSC 22000, HACCP, PCQI
- Understand regulations on food safety regulation
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC 22000, HALAL, BRC.
- Experienced in supplier audit and internal audit.
- At least 7 years experience in a related field.
- Ability to manage group activities
- Able to man work independently, enthusiastic, dedicated, and able to work under pressure
- Working experience in a food factory, fluent in English, and computer skills (MS Office, etc.) is an advantage
- Observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Skill to solve problems independently.
