· Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements following Vietnam Accounting Standards

· Perform costing calculation for our products, including material costs, manpower cost, work-in-process, fixed overheads etc. Summarizing and proposing cost optimization methods

· Handle daily accounting operation and all taxation issues

· Input all accounting transactions into the system

· Handle fixed assets monitoring and inventory management

· Providing explanation to data and submitting documents as well as reports to tax authorities and auditors

· Do payroll and other subsidiaries

· Manage and reconcile inventory record to ensure accuracy and completeness

· Issue sales/VAT invoices

· Responsible for all matters related to Accounts Receivable and Payables

· Review reconciliation balance sheet account

· Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing Balance sheet, Profit and loss statement, Tax report and other reports in English

· Tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT…)

· Comply with financial policies and regulations

· Support other team members in various areas of financial accounting functions are required

· Prepare Budget forecasts.

· Ensure timely payments in all areas.

· Report on company’s financial health and liquidity.

· Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.

NOTE: THE CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT DETAILED CURRICULUM VITAE IN ENGLISH

• Bachelor’s degree of Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 4 years’ experience with the same position in a foreign manufacturing factory
• Good knowledge in Vietnamese accounting system and tax regulations, and using of accounting software MIS an advantage
• Knowledge of factory production accounting and inventory (raw material, work-in process and end products) management
• Experience in VAT refund and working with the tax officers at Hanoi Tax Office is an advantage
• Have good problem-solving skills.
• Advanced skill for Microsoft office (Word, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Good English communication for working directly with Top Management
• Good interpersonal, communication skills. Team
• Willing to learn, conscientious and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
