Purpose:
As a Global Key Account within Securitas for our global clients, you will be fully responsible for delivering the contract requirements and services as agreed in the division.
Leading and building relationships across multiple internal and client stakeholders in several countries, the Global Key Account will be responsible for the development and execution of client excellence - implementing solutions-enabled efficiencies programs growing and strategically developing our global client.
Understanding the Market:
- Ensure that suppliers’ contracts are aligned with company policy, ethics and values are respected and contractual terms and conditions are acceptable as per company policies.
- Branding and marketing activities. Study the competition, the market, be updated with local regulations and Securitas global knowledge
- Identify the must win segments and the clients to win
- Work on pricing and ensuring that it is compared with the market.
Customer Engagement:
- Ensure timely and correct invoicing.
- Building trust with the customers by visiting them, understanding their business
and always have a helpful approach.
- Building case studies that can showcase the service solution.
Sales Process:
- Ensure that the Pipedrive is always updated.
- Ensure that the Value Proposition suits the customers’ needs and the outcomes they
wish to see.
- Design tailor made solutions.
- Prepare a suitable costing.
- Oversee negotiation and closing of the deal
Reporting:
- Involved in business plan preparation.
- Pipedrive updated weekly.
