Develop and implement the sales department's work plan, assign tasks, and evaluate employee performance.
Manage and resolve tasks in the Sales Department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Build up strategies, customer database and search for new clients, and maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
Participate in price negotiations, approve samples, and monitor mass production orders.
Coordinate with relevant departments to handle customer requests and resolve issues arising from production.
Monitor order progress and handle customer complaints after shipment.
Develop sales for each customer assigned by the Sales Department.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Department.
Report directly to the Sales Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Foreign Trade or a related field.
Fluency in English is a must (Proficient in all four skills).
Minimum 4-5 years in a similar position is a must.
Proficient in office computing.
Honest, careful, meticulous, and quick. Able to handle high work pressure.
