VHG Solutions is a new business model of global furniture trading backed by Viet Hong Group. We are looking for a Business Analyst who will play a crucial role in translating business needs into actionable insights and recommendations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, drive data-driven decision-making, and enhance our overall business performance. This role sits in the operation team, and heavily collaborates with our sales and technical engineer teams. 1. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and gather detailed requirements for projects and initiatives.

2. Data Analysis/ Data Analytics: Analyze large/crude data to extract meaningful insights, trends, market research, and patterns that can drive informed decision-making.

3. Process Mapping: Document and map existing business processes and workflows, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

4. Data Documentation: Prepare comprehensive business requirement documents, user stories, and process flow diagrams.

5. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

6. Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions, optimize processes, and improve overall efficiency.

7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.

8. Project Management: Support project managers in project planning, tracking, and reporting.

9. Quality Assurance: Assist to provide data/market trend in testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are error-free.

10. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst/Market Research Specialist or similar role in e-commerce trading (Amazon, Wayfair, ...)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, data visualization tools).
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
