I. JOB BRIEF:
A Finance supervisor’s goal in a company is to maximize profits. Finance supervisor performs data analysis and advise members on ways to maximize profits, making them responsible for the finances of a company, support and help with other tasks assigned by Senior Finance Manager and Finance Controller.
II. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Financial Analysis and partnering (60%):
- Understand the drivers of current performance of brands and total company
- Use internal and external information to extrapolate future performance based on scenario planning
- Work with business partners to turn analysis into value adding insight
- Advise line manager/ BM with revenue/ expenses management of commercial risk from concentration of actual result vs budget.
- Analyze commercial impact and advise line manager on brand performance and maximization of profits using the financial resources.
- Team collaboration: together with the national team you will deliver and manage the function in the best result.
- Expertise in financial analysis and forecasting will contribute to the overall success and stability of the company.
- Develop business model, financial model to support all departments to improve the efficiency
2. Supervise staff (20%):
- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, evaluate the financial feasibility of projects, and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
3. Financial budgeting and forecasting (10%)
- Develop and manage the annual budget for the organization, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals and objectives
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures and efficiencies to optimize the financial resources of the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to plan, review and analyze departmental budgets, providing guidance and support in financial decision-making.
4. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor/manager/Director (10%)
