Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Project Management within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Proven track record in managing projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination across multiple departments.
Experience with RFQ (Request for Quote) processes and new product management.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and ERP systems.
Experience with feasibility reviews, labor time calculations, and cost estimation.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings and project follow-ups.
Adept at thriving in a cross-organizational, cross-cultural, and global team environment.
Demonstrated ability to handle special assignments with professionalism and urgency.
Excellent attention to detail. Able to work well under pressure; strong sense of urgency.
Readily able to learn and adapt to new computer applications, system upgrades and other technology as necessary.
