Experience & Knowledge:
- Bachelor degree in hospitality management
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working as hospitality manager
- Hands-on experience in customer service or sales
- Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices
- Knowledge of quality standards (e.g. ISO)
Skills and Mindset:
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant software (e.g. ERP)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding Vietnamese & English communication (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent management, time-management, and pro-active in problem-solving autonomously skills
