- In charge of recruitment , training for newcomers , labour contract
- Monthly timesheet, payroll, personal income tax
- Report monthly SHUI
- Setting up forms, policies, procedure and regulations related to HR and Adm functions to be aligned with vietnam law.
- Close to work with Compliance for social audit from customers / third party
- Tasks relates to HR
- Others assigned by HR Manager
2. Administration
- Transportation arrangement, catering
- Organize the CSR , health check, party, event of Company
- Monthly Adm payment
- Legal documents (supporting)
- Others assigned by HR Manager
