Brief summary of job profile:
- The HR Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of daily C&B operations. This includes managing employee documentation and facilitating various HR processes related to social insurance, personal income tax (PIT), and labor contracts, while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Key Accountabilities:
· Cross check, and maintain employees' supporting documents, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese laws and regulations.
· Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
· Prepare HR-related reports and metrics as required by local authorities.
· Collect documents and information to assist in registering Social, Health, and Unemployment insurance contributions for new employees.
· Record and manage employees' Social Insurance Books (SIB), including preparing applications for issuing SIB, controlling SIB, and recording SIB for resigned employees.
· Prepare documents for making claims for Social Insurance benefits (e.g., sick leave, maternity leave) and follow up on payments for employees.
· In charge of labor contract management, including preparing new contracts, renewing contracts, and preparing appendix contracts.
· Support the preparation of documents for PIT code issuance, dependent relief registration, PIT declaration, and finalization for employees.
· Work closely with relevant government offices such as the Tax Authority and Social Insurance Authority.
· Respond to employee inquiries and concerns relating to C&B policies and practices.
