Be responsible for continuous delivery of high quality admin service.

Ensure the effectiveness of new employee orientation process including receiving new employees on the first day of registration in a warm and professional manner, explaining and communicating the relevant policies comes with a probation evaluation charts communication and collect, and effective communicate with supervisors and employees on the exit process
Drive employee relationship building projects including Summit Zalo public account and the routine annual activities. Participate in the labor disputes respond and handling.
Carry out training activitites including maintaining monthly training plan, implementing training activities, statistic training data, collect training record, trainee training course orgainize and evaluate.
Be responsible for the effective and continuous maintain of employees’ basic personnel files.
