Perform a variety of daily HR operations:
- Handle and process on-boarding and off-boarding process; arrange induction for new employees; support in filing/auditing of employee information records.
- Supervise issuing Labor Contract, Service contracts,…
- Proceed monthly payroll, bi-weekly incentive for sales agent, proceed payment and final payment report.
- Manage PIT process including PIT registration for employee, monthly & yearly PIT declaration, working with tax authority for PIT matters.
- Manage SHUI process including adding/removing SHUI for employee, providing all necessary report to Social insurance authority and work with them to solving all arising matters.
- Assist the administration tasks (data/ information collection, information updating, tracking, …) of the following areas: additional health insurance.
- Prepare and submit compulsory reports (Labor report, Incident report…) to authority.
- Control and make payment for business trip fee, travelling fee and other allowances of employee.
- Carry out the ad-hoc task as assigned.
Perform Scheme of Policy, Compensation & Benefits
Recruitment: job posting, search CVs, make a call-check with candidate, arrange interview and internal discussion on final decision, make offer letter.
Administration & Facility Management:
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities. Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations (company policies, policies of fire prevention & fighting).
- Support other departments in activities/events planning and implementing (Sales & MKT events, business trip, Tet gifts for partners…)
