1. Job Purpose:
Coordinate various compensation-related activities to ensure that the organisation's payroll is processed accurately and on time for Company.
Responsible for salary administration: labor contract, resignation, social insuance, PIT, .
2. Main Duties and Functions:
· Control timesheet via HR software on work day, OT, nightshift, all types of leaves
· Calculate monthly payroll, bonuses and allowances
· Process monthly salary payment
· Manage labor contract as company regulation and labor law
· In charge of social insurance: increase, decrease, adjustment, claim, reconciliation, social insurance book, medical card,…
· Implement PIT admin tasks: register PIT code, dependant, PIT invoice, …
· Other C&B admin tasks: termination letter, related reports, annual leaves, health care insurance, annual health check-up, lucky money, …
· Check reports of 3rd parties
· Other C&B assigned tasks
