Work out recruitment plan following the personnel program. And choose suitable candidates through kinds of ways. And choose suitable person from candidates through interview.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Work out recruitment plan according to HR request.
2. Recruit candidate through different channels.
3. Coordinate the drafting the JDs and collect resumes
4. Screen candidates by resumes and through telephone interviews.
5. Recommend the candidates to requested department, then to arrange interviews.
6. Participate in selection process
7. Organize the recruitment information and file the resumes according to different positions
8. Coordinate the new employee starting program (company induction, computer set-up, dormitories, etc.)
9. Conduct the market survey to submit to the management in order to build the competitive structure
10. Other tasks as assigned by Dept. Head
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Be in charge of all kinds of recruitment, including for line office staffs etc.
