I. JOB PURPOSE
The HRBP Supervisor/ Assistant HRBP Manager - Commercial position is to support the HRBP Manager through the development and implementation of best practices in Human Resources Management, ensure the team fulfills its role within the organization on a day-to-day basis, and provide professional support/advice to all non-manager employees related to Human Resource issues.
II. DIMENSION/ KEY FIGURES:
- Geographical Area: Vietnam. The job is based in VTI North – Ha Noi Office – 17F Capital Place Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, but due to the business requirement, this job needs to travel to other provinces as assigned by the Manager.
- Reporting line: HRBP Manager
- External customers: Suppliers/ external HR partners.
III. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Functional HR Strategy
- Understand overall HR vision, strategy drivers, Must-Win Battles, HR Agenda & activities, together with partnered business KPIs, and how to drive concrete actions to support HRBP Manager and HR Team to achieve the aligned KPIs with excellent performance.
2. Change & Culture building
- Lead all staff activities to successfully deliver the cultural building in your partnered Functions/ BU.
- Implement the change project and culture change in partnered functions/ BU including budget planning, supplier sourcing, communication designs, etc. to lead the change successfully.
3. Recruitment: Recruit all Non-Manager level
4. Talent Development
- Build the talent pipeline for the Non-Manager level by developing robust career & succession planning mechanisms
- Talent review, identification, competency assessment, closure on feedback and creation of individual development plans
5. Training & Development
- Work with the Line Manager in identifying Training Needs for the Non-Manager level to address the capability area of improvement to grow the organization to deliver business objectives.
- Follow up in their post-training evaluation and development.
- Able to give input to HRBP Manager when justifying all promotion cases of Non-Manager level.
6. HR Policies
- To follow up the performance management process and ensure it is well complied and implemented in all partnered functions;
- Ensure all HR procedures related to recruitment, internal transfer, promotion, termination, and disciplinary actions are implemented properly & professionally.
7. HR Partnership
- Find a professional way to approach the partnered functions at the Non-Manager level and become their trustworthy & excellent HR Business Partner to get their true insight and feedback to propose to HRBP Manager prompt actions before leading to conflict.
8. Others
- Prepare HR Reports as assigned by the HRBP Manager and submit as per timeline;
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
