- Lead and manage a large-scale HR team, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations.
- Oversee organizational development (OD), compensation & benefits (C&B), administration (Admin), and regional HR teams responsible for recruitment and office administration.
2. HR System Implementation:
- Transition the company from Excel-based HR management to a comprehensive HR IT/IS system.
- Implement and manage HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
3. Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
4. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
5. Employee Relations and Performance Management:
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
6. Collaboration:
- Work with Korean HR manger within the business management team.
