Prepare/declare customs declaration documents, including Invoice, Packing list, CO and other related documents for IM-EX shipment.
Working with Forwarders to place booking, SI and arrange container/truck for delivery.
Calculating dim/cbm and updating export shipment data for warehouse loading
Control the local charges (demmurage, detention, storage charge).
Follow up on outsourcing contracts.
Tracking and handling monthly debit notes for logistics service.
Making detailed import-export monthly report.
Working with relevant departments for arising issue.
Other duties as assigned by leader.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor of Logistic, import export, international trading and related fields
Priority is given to those with experience import & export 1 year, EPE is preferred.
Good at the Office computer and Ecuss customs software.
English communicate is required.
Be careful, timely and can work well under pressure at work.
Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork.
