● Assist in creating and customizing tour itineraries based on client preferences and needs.

● Coordinate with local suppliers, hotels, and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of tours.

● Handle client inquiries and provide prompt, professional responses.

● Manage bookings, reservations, and follow up on confirmations.

● Support the Senior Tour Operator & Manager in executing tours and events, including logistics, transportation, and activities.

● Monitor and update tour schedules, ensuring all services are delivered on time and to a high standard.

● Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing travel documents and maintaining client databases.

● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Vietnam’s travel destinations, cultural sites, and activities.

● Ensure compliance with SEA QUEEN TRAVEL & EVENTS' standards and values.

●     Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.

●     Experience in a similar role or in the travel and tourism industry is preferred.

●     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

●     Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

●     Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

●     Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

●     Passion for travel, cultural exchange, and customer service.

●     Knowledge of Vietnam’s tourism destinations and local culture.
