1. Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospective customers (administratively)
2. Conduct market research on targeted customers
3. Report findings in standardized format
4. Provide timely, accurate and consistent reports on findings to US team
5. Develop, acquire and mature new customer businesses for ALS (Ashley Logistics Service)
6. Proactive communication with customers and ALS teams to develop professional relationships
7. Establish and maintain a high quality prospect list including contact details, events, pain points, etc.
8. Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop action plans to meet the needs of the company and its customers
9. Develop and maintain professional sales presentations (.ppt, .pdf, etc.) for prospective customers and make recommendations based on customer feedback to improve value propositions
10. Maintain excellent written communication with prospective customers
11. Support ALS team in reporting on various initiatives, performance goals related to sales, prospecting, profitability, etc.
12. Demonstrate the company’s core and growth values in performance of all job functions
